EFFECTS OF PRAISING
Part II

Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments. (Ps 119:164)

Welcome you dear one in this message section.  Holy Lord is waiting to bless you through His unchanging words. Halleluiah!

God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]?  Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?  (Num 23:19)

Blessed [be] the LORD that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.  (I Kings 8:56)

The above said scripture Ps 119:164, reveals the praising of Psalmist who does it unto Holy Lord seven times a day. Halleluiah!

Brothers and sisters, though the scripture  says psalmist praise Lord seven times a day, we children of Lord should praise Lord as and when, if  possible even all the time according to the leading.  Psalm 148th chapter deals exclusively about praise.  Any how praising should be the integral part of your spiritual life and it should come first and foremost whenever you kneel down to approach your Heavenly Father (Is63:16; 64:8; Math 5:48; 6:4, 6; Eph 3:15; 4:6 etc)

I will praise [thee], O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.  (Ps 9:1)

Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: [for] praise is comely for the upright. (Ps 33:1)

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.  (Ps 95:2)

Lord and Heaven give extreme importance to our praise.  Since Heaven is the place where only praising of Almighty Lord could be seen and heard. Halleluiah!

But thou [art] holy, [O thou] that inhabitest the praises of Israel. (Ps 22:3)

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou [art] my praise. (Jer 17:14)

Let me quote how Gracious Father bless those who praise Him in this world them in Heaven, a testimony once quoted by an eminent Pastor, in his message.
There was a great saint named as St.Augustine, who walked with Jesus in His glory.  One fine morning a particular thought arouse in his heart and he wanted to get answer from Lord.  In his prayer under the inspiration of Holy Spirit, he asked Jesus, "Lord, whom shall be seated next to me in Heaven?"  Lord Jesus Christ with great joy responded to his prayer and gave a particular address to St.Augustine.  With eagerness, St.Augustine memorized the name and address.

By keeping the address in his mind, he was searching the particular person and his house in the entire city.  He was so curious to see the person who would be seated next to him in heaven as well as to know the secret of this particular person.  With great difficulty, St.Augustine found out the house.  To his utter surprise, it was a hut and extremely poor downtrodden people lived there.  The head of that particular house was a shoe repairer, having many children.  St.Augustine stayed with them for few days to understand the secret behind their life, which prompted them to be next to him in heaven.  They used to have only one meal every day.  Every day morning the head of the family used to repair the old shoes and chapels and used to come his house evening.  With meager income, he used to purchase some poor quality food grains and allied items, which he can afford.  Every member in the family used to wait anxiously for his arrival in the evening with empty stomach since morning.  After his arrival, they used to prepare the food.  After the food was prepared, all the members of the family used to kneel around the food in a circle and praise and thank Lord Jesus for the food what Lord granted to them, nearly one hour.  Halleluiah!  This act of thanks giving and praising Lord Jesus by all the family members of that particular house, even with the empty stomach since morning touched the life of St.Augustine and in turn he stayed one week with them and he  himself  learned the importance of praising and  thanks giving from their own  life. Halleluiah!

Dear brothers and sisters, how importance is thanking and praising our Lord is?  Just imagine the whole family members.  They used to have only one meal every day.  Normal tendency of any human being is, if he or she is hungry, what ever the food materials available to him or her, whether it is salt, sweet, bitter, taste or tasteless, he or she used to engulf even without washing the hands at once.  No one would prefer to wait even for few seconds.  But the above said family and family members always used to thank Lord for one hour though they used to have only one meal every day.  This act of the family prompted Lord Jesus Christ to seat them next to great Saint Augustine in heaven. Halleluiah!

Dear one, never forget to thank Lord in all things even though it appears to be tiny in your eyes. Even for the tiny insignificant things in this world you offered thanks and praise to Lord, will be viewed by Heaven otherwise. Halleluiah!

For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Is 55:8, 9)

  LORD BLESS YOU!
