Message: Lord's will

 

                          

LORD'S WILL

Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put [him] to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong [his] days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. (Is 53:10)

Dear one in Christ,

Warm greetings are to you in the Holy name of Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who always remember you (Job 7:17, 18)

            The above said scripture says it was the will of Lord to bruise Jesus in the Cross of Calvary.  To fulfill Lord's will Jesus came to this world.
Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.  (Heb 10:7, 9)

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. (John 6:38)

            Having known the will of Lord the father, Lord Jesus Christ was so careful to fulfil His will in every aspect of His life as well as in His ministry.  Jesus even confessed that doing Lord's will was His meat   and always sought Lord the father's will. Halleluiah!

Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his    
                                                                                                           work. (John 4:34)

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. (John 5:30)

            His absolute commitment, dedication, obedience, vision and mission could be explicitly seen in the garden of Gethsemane, which means the place where oil is being squeezed or pressed out of the seed.  In the Gethsemane Jesus was filled with exceeding sorrow even unto death (Math 26:38). In Gethsemane started the beginning of the final sacrifice for which He came to this world (John 13:12; 12:27).  Even in that crucial point Jesus wholly surrendered Himself to Lord's will. Halleluiah!

And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou [wilt]. (Math 26:39)

            Dear brothers and sisters, each and every one who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus have to surrender his or her life absolutely in the hands of Lord for the fulfillment of His will, which means what Lord wants us to do  we should do.  Lord's will is applicable in all parts of your life - secret, material, physical, spiritual and ministry.  Only such and those persons who are absolutely under the will of Lord, or does Lord's will alone will be pleasing Lord all the time and also he or she is entitled ever so many blessings, out of which few will be narrated below.

  1. LORD HEARTH HIM 


Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. (John 9:31)

  1. INHERITS  PROMISES


    For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. (Heb 10:36)

  1. BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF CHRIST


         For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. [Math 12:5( Mark 3:35)]

4. ABIDETH FOR EVER

And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. (I John 2:17)
5. ENTER HEAVEN

      Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (Math 7:21)

            Dear brothers and sisters who go through this message, if you are a blood washed, born again, anointed one it is extremely important that you should always please Lord Jesus Christ by doing His will alone in all parts of your life. Halleluiah!  Until and otherwise you come into the fold of Lord's will and surrender yourself completely, You may not be able to feel comfort in your inner man as well as perfection in your material life.  Moreover if you dare to do anything even insignificant in your eyes you may not be able to enjoy its fruits in the way you ought to enjoy. 

Now I am prompted in spirit that the Holy Spirit is pointing you to the major problem that prevails at present in your life for which you could not have found any remedy irrespective of your efforts, labour etc. so far.  When people obsess on riches and seek only material blessings and wealth, they limit God because of their mistaken notion of what will bring happiness to their lives.  True happiness comes only through surrender to the father's will.  Let your spiritual eyes be opened to the following Holy Scripture.

 

Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord [is].
                                                                                                            (Eph 5:17)

Epaphras, who is [one] of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. (Col 4:12)

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Rom 12:2)

            Dear one if you are away from Lord's will, may Lord Holy Spirit bring back you unto Almighty Lord's will. Amen.
