Prince of Peace.
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
(Isaiah 9:6)
Welcome you dear ones in the matchless name of our Almighty Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end (Rev 1:8, 11) the first and the last (Rev 1:8, 11; 22:13) in this message section.
My heart fills with His joy to share Lord's comforting gracious words (Luke 4:22) unto you, who are in needs of His verses.
Beloved one, the above said word is the prophetic scripture regarding our Lord and Saviour's birth in this world might be 400 years before His birth. Holy Scripture says, "A son is given unto us, which means for each and every one in this world personally a son is given". Halleluiah!
Holy Scripture says our Lord is the God of peace (Rom 15:33; 16:20; I Thes 5:23; II Thes 3:16; Phil 4:9; Heb 13:20) which means He always give His peace to all those who come unto Him irrespective of their religious, geographical and social back ground. (Num 6:26, Jer 33:6, Ps 29:11; 85:8, Job 25:2: 34:30).
We read a moving incident in Luke 7:36-50. Once a Pharisee has invited Jesus in his house. While Jesus was in his house a woman who was a sinner in that city brought an alabaster box of ointment and stood at Jesus' feet behind him weeping, washed his feet with her tears and wiped them with the hairs of her head, kissed his feet and anointed with the ointment. Now you may have a question. Why she should weep? You see, she was a sinner. The movement she entered into Pharisee's house every body recognized her and spoke within themselves, Oh! She is a sinner. How can she touch him? Why Jesus permitted her to touch? On the other side though she was living in the pool of sin she was not able to enjoy peace in her heart. (Is 48:22; 57:21) She might have heard about Jesus touching and embracing sinners and giving new life to them. With that thirst of getting peace she come to Jesus and wept. Jesus Christ's love and compassion further melted her heart and squeezed tears from her eyes, by which in turn she washed the feet of Jesus. Compassionate Jesus (Ps 86:15; 111:4; 145:8; Jonah 4:2; Joel 2:13) saw her heart's desire and granted his peace by forgiving and forgetting all her sin (Luke 1:77; Acts 5:31; Eph 1:7; Col 1:14). Halleluiah!.
Dear brothers and sisters though you may live a life which is different from the above mentioned woman, your and her need are same. PEACE. This is the best opportunity in your life to get this peace. Do you know Jesus Christ is moving with His compassion unto you? Why can't you open your heart to Jesus and live peaceful life?
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)
May our Blessed Jesus fill your heart with His peace which surpasses all understanding! (Phil 4:7)
